So if you're like me, you tend to drink out a plastic bottle at least once throughout the day. Some of those bottles might be a water bottle, soda bottle, gatorade bottle, etc Or you may have a thermos that you want to refill when you go to the gym. But did you realize that the chemicals that make the plastic bottles (oil is the number one chemical in making plastic, so imagine the chemicals in that), can actually leak into your drinks. Watch the video below, then read on.
Yet another product that's allowed through the FDA, that says "Heyyy it's ok!" When it's not. I noticed I started looking at the numbers now and stores are now starting to advertise products that have a 7 on it, but is BPA free. Canada has proclaimed BPA to be a hazardous material. If you'd like a to watch a video on BPA's, Specifically pay attention to the 2:25 mark! Then the 4:00 mark!
Props to Lou Dobbs on that. So for your average water bottle, soda bottle, gatorade bottle, it's safe to use once, but you shouldn't use more than once. if it's got a 4 or 5, avoid and if a 7, it's got BPA's in it so definitly avoid. It takes a few seconds to read the little number in the triangle. Don't be lazy.
To quote Lou Dobbs at the end of the video "The fda is standing by it's decade old approval that BPA is safe. And these studies are based on studies funded by.....the plastic industry".
Knowledge is key.

All true. There is an axis of evil alright, but it doesn't necessarily wear a turbin. The men of money, all alone and afraid of losing their power. They poison our brains and our bones to keep us where we are. The political elite help them as best they can. We are sheeple. But look on the bright side..Peaceful resistance is coming.
ReplyDeleteI've got the tattoo "Peaceful Revolution" on my right wrist. We got to be strong.
