Pfizer. Making billions with medicine that offers horrible side effects

What I thought was interesting specifically was the quote "Only your doctor can diagnose depression", yet they are doing everything to tell you what causes it, in my opinion an form of diagnosing depression. They list some side effects, but according to drugs.com, there are for more side effects to it. The company that created this medicine and the 2 others I will list, is named Pfizer. We've all seen these commercials and it's scary to know that some of the medicines they create to "help us", include side effects of seizures, heart attacks, and as much as schizophrenia. The three medicines I'm listing are

Aricept - For Alzheimers
Nardil - For Depression
Zoloft - For Depression

Fatigue
Loss of appetite
Skin discoloration
Decrease in weight
Depression
Abnormal dreams

Frequent urination.
Chest pain

I don't know about you folks, but to be allowed to put this out there knowing these side effects can happen to you, there's gotta be other ways. And why a medicine such as these three can be legalized other than greed and big money, I'll never know.
